U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms Violation, Issues Exclusion Orders and Cease and Desist Orders

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against 20 companies, affirming a violation of section 337, and has terminated an investigation into certain toner cartridges, components, and systems. The GEO and CDOs will prevent the importation of the affected products.
