US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Countervailing Duty Investigation into Moroccan and Russian Phosphate Fertilizers

The US Commission has announced the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of phosphate fertilizers from Morocco and Russia are harming the US industry, following a preliminary determination by the Commerce Department that these imports are subsidized.
