USITC Reverses Initial Decision in Certain Foodservice Equipment and Components Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review an initial decision that found no significant harm to the domestic industry in a trade investigation. The Commission has reversed this decision and is sending the case back to the administrative law judge for further review.
