U.S. International Trade Commission Modifies Remedial Orders for Certain Motorized Vehicles and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has adopted with modifications the findings of an Administrative Law Judge and modified remedial orders related to a motorized vehicle investigation, exempting a redesigned product from the affected orders, and terminated the modification proceeding.
