USPTO Seeks Public Input on Proposed Updates to Patent Examination Registration Requirements

The USPTO is seeking public comments on proposed changes to the General Requirements Bulletin for Admission to the Examination for Registration to Practice in Patent Cases, which would expand eligibility for patent examiners by adding common Category B degrees, accepting advanced degrees, and allowing a combination of core sciences with lab components.
