USPTO Implements Updates to General Requirements Bulletin for Patent Cases Registration Examination

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has implemented changes to the General Requirements Bulletin for Admission to the Examination for Registration to Practice in Patent Cases Before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (GRB) based on comments received, expanding eligibility for the registration examination to include more bachelor's degrees and advanced degrees.
