CPSC Proposes Exemption from Child-Resistant Packaging for Baloxavir Marboxil Tablets in Low-Dose Packages

The Consumer Product Safety Commission is proposing to exempt baloxavir marboxil tablets in packages containing 80 mg or less of the drug from child-resistant packaging requirements, citing the product's non-toxic nature and lack of reported adverse effects from ingestion.
