Bureau Publishes Proposed Rule on Small Business Lending Data Collection Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act

The Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection is seeking public comment on a proposed rule requiring financial institutions to collect and report data on small business credit applications, including those owned by women or minorities, in accordance with the Dodd-Frank Act.
