ION Media License Company, LLC. has requested the FCC to change the community of license for WNPX-TV, channel 36, from Cookeville, Tennessee to Franklin, Tennessee, citing the need for Franklin to receive its first local transmission service, while ensuring Cookeville remains served by WCTE(TV) on channel 22.
