Commission Extends Jurisdictional Separations Freeze for Up to Six Years

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its part 36 jurisdictional separations rules to extend the freeze on separations category relationships and allocation factors for up to six years, until the earlier of December 31, 2024, or the completion of comprehensive reform of the rules.
