FCC Announces End of Broadcast Mid-Term Report Filing Requirement

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to eliminate the obligation to file the FCC Form 397, a mid-term report on broadcast stations, as part of its recent Order.
