FCC Proposes Requiring Cable Operators to Deliver Notices via Email to Broadcast TV Stations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a proposal to require cable operators to deliver certain written notices to broadcast television stations via email, with the goal of modernizing media regulation and expanding the use of electronic delivery of notices to other types of stations.
