FDA Issues 5-Year Debarment Order Against Jagen D. Lewicki for Conspiracy to Distribute Human Growth Hormone

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a final debarment order against Jagen D. Lewicki for 5 years, prohibiting him from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States, following a conviction for conspiracy to distribute Human Growth Hormone (HGH) imported from China for unauthorized purposes.
