FDA Publishes Report on Generic Drug User Fee Amendments Resource Needs Assessment and Requests Public Comments

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published a report on a new methodology to accurately assess changes in the resource needs of the generic drug review program, as mandated by the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017, and is now seeking public comments on the report.
