FDA Announces Annual Fee Rates for Third-Party Certification Program Under FSMA

The FDA has set annual fee rates for recognized accreditation bodies and accredited certification bodies participating in its third-party certification program, which is mandated by the FSMA, as well as for certification bodies seeking direct accreditation with the agency.
