FDA Releases Draft Guidance on Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic Analyses for Oral Drug Product Development

The FDA has released a draft guidance outlining general recommendations for the use of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) analyses in oral drug product development, manufacturing changes, and controls, primarily for sponsors of new drug applications and supplements.
