FDA Amends Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc.'s Temporary Permit for Canned Salmon

The FDA is amending Bumble Bee Seafoods Inc.'s temporary permit to allow the company to market test canned skinless and boneless chunk salmon packed in water with sodium tripolyphosphate, and to expand its manufacturing capabilities to an additional location, in order to collect data on consumer acceptance of the product.
