FDA Announces Fee Rates for Over-the-Counter Monograph Drug User Fee Program for Fiscal Year 2021

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has set the fee rates for the Over-the-Counter (OTC) Monograph Drug user fee program for fiscal year 2021, following the addition of a new section to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act in March 2020.
