USDA Proposes Rule to Update Size Requirements for Irish Potatoes Grown in Colorado

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public comments on a proposed rule to revise the minimum size requirements for U.S. No. 2 or better grade round potatoes grown in Colorado, in line with current standards for other types of U.S. No. 2 or better grade potatoes.
