Rural Housing Service Announces Low Loan-to-Cost Ratio for Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program

The Rural Housing Service has set a maximum loan-to-cost ratio of 70% for loans guaranteed under the Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program's Option Three, allowing for single continuous guarantees for construction and permanent loans, while maintaining existing lease-up reserves and guarantee percentages.
