The U.S. Department of the Treasury Requests Public Comments on an Existing IRS Regulation

The U.S. Department of the Treasury is seeking public input on an ongoing IRS regulation, specifically the Credit for Increasing Research Activity, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
