FSIS Releases Guideline for Industry Response to Customer Complaints

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has published a guideline to help the meat and poultry industry create written plans for addressing consumer complaints about contaminated products, following a surge in recalls due to foreign contaminants.
