U.S. Department of Agriculture Publishes Final Rule to Decrease Kiwifruit Assessment Rate

The U.S. Department of Agriculture published a final rule on December 26, 2018, to implement a recommendation from the Kiwifruit Administrative Committee to decrease the assessment rate for the 2018-2019 and subsequent fiscal periods, correcting a typographical error in the original final rule.
