Application Deadlines and Requirements for Section 313A Guarantees for FY 2019 Utility Infrastructure Loans

The Rural Utilities Service (RUS), an agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), announces the application window and requirements for the $750 million 313A Program, which provides funding for utility infrastructure loans under the Rural Electrification Act of 1936, as amended. The program is part of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (Farm Bill), enacted on December 20, 2018, and applications will be reviewed under new statutory provisions.
