Rural Development Proposes Changes to USDA/RD-1 System of Records

The US Department of Agriculture's Rural Development (RD) is proposing changes to its system of records, USDA/RD-1, which includes information about current or prospective producers, landowners, applicants, borrowers, grantees, tenants, and other participants in RD programs. The proposed changes include updates to Routine Use 21, the addition of Routine Use 22, and renumbering of Routine Uses 23 and 24.
