Update to Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities (HSACU) Certification Process

The Hispanic-Serving Agricultural Colleges and Universities (HSACU) certification process has been updated by the NIFA regulations, effective for the period from October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019, to include a new list of eligible institutions.
