EU Countries Cleared of Citrus Longhorned Beetle and Asian Longhorned Beetle

The US Department of Agriculture proposes to update its Plants for Planting Manual to recognize 22 European Union countries as free from these beetles, allowing for easier imports of certain host plants from these countries while maintaining pest risk mitigation.
