Ochoco, Umatilla and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests Withdraw Environmental Impact Statement Proposal

The Ochoco, Umatilla and Wallowa-Whitman National Forests have withdrawn their intention to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Blue Mountain Forest Resiliency Project, which was first announced in the Federal Register on February 5, 2016.
