APHIS Proposes Addition of Agricultural Quarantine Activity System to Privacy Act Inventory

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is proposing to add the Agricultural Quarantine Activity System to its inventory of records systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. The agency is required to publish a notice in the Federal Register to inform the public about the system.
