Implementation of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 for The Emergency Food Assistance Program

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Service is implementing new statutory requirements from the 2018 Farm Bill for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). The requirements include plans for projects to harvest, process, package, or transport donated commodities and opportunities for input from emergency feeding organizations and eligible recipient agencies.
