USDA Revises McGovern-Dole Program Regulations to Promote Local and Regional Procurement

The US Department of Agriculture's Foreign Agricultural Service is updating the regulations for the McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program to require local and regional procurement of commodities, in line with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.
