FCIC Amends Common Crop Insurance Regulations to Allow Separate Enterprise Units

The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC) has amended its Common Crop Insurance Regulations to allow separate enterprise and optional units for cropping practices such as Following Another Crop (FAC) and Not Following Another Crop (NFAC), effective for the 2020 and succeeding crop years.
