USDA Forest Service Seeks Comments on Extension of Youth Conservation Corps Application and Medical History Information Collection

The USDA Forest Service and Department of Interior agencies are requesting public input on the extension of a currently approved information collection, which includes the Youth Conservation Corps Application and Medical History, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
