Rural Business-Cooperative Service Finalizes Advanced Biofuel Payment Program Rule

The RBS finalized the rule for the Advanced Biofuel Payment Program based on public comments and new program requirements established in the 2018 Farm Bill, as published in the Federal Register on February 11, 2011.
