FSIS Updates Guideline for Animal-Raising Claims on Meat and Poultry Labels

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has released an updated version of its guideline for labeling claims related to animal raising, in response to comments and petitions from animal welfare organizations, effective October 2016.
