FinCEN Publishes Final Rule to Adjust Civil Monetary Penalties for Inflation

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has published a final rule to update its civil monetary penalties, which are now adjusted to reflect inflation, as mandated by the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
