SIGPR Proposes Exemption from Privacy Act for New Systems of Records

The Department of the Treasury is proposing an exemption for new systems of records maintained by the Special Inspector General for Pandemic Recovery from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
