Federal Government Increases Maximum Civil Penalty for Violations of Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act
The Federal Government has announced an increase in the maximum civil penalty for violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (ABLA), from $21,039 to $21,663, in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
