Procedures for Monitoring Bank Secrecy Act Compliance
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OTS) is seeking public comments on a proposed information collection request (ICR) for monitoring Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance. The request has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
