EPA Approves Iowa's Revised Air Plan Amendment for Grain Processing Corporation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to Iowa's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that amends the Administrative Consent Order (ACO) for Grain Processing Corporation (GPC), allowing the state more time to process air construction permit applications and specifying testing requirements for the facility.
