30-Day Notice of Proposed Information Collection: Mortgagee's Application for Partial Settlement (Multifamily Mortgage)

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has submitted a proposed information collection requirement for a Mortgagee's Application for Partial Settlement (Multifamily Mortgage) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for public review and comment. This notice is intended to allow for a 30-day public comment period.
