EPA Approves Alaska's State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Alaska's State Implementation Plan (SIP), which update federal regulations, strengthen minor source permitting requirements, and remove outdated regulations, following submissions by the State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) in September 2016 and March 2016.
