EPA Approves Louisiana's Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions and Improve Gasoline Vapor Recovery

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Louisiana's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and update the Stage II gasoline vapor recovery rule, as required by the Federal Clean Air Act (CAA)
