EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of New York Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to conditionally approve a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) addressing requirements of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), which governs emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOX) and sulfur dioxide (SO2) from large electricity generating units in the state.
