Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Amends Forested Trust Lands Habitat Conservation Plan and Incidental Take Permit

The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation is updating its 2010 Habitat Conservation Plan to include a settlement agreement and newly acquired lands, and is seeking public comment on the proposed changes, which include an amended incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act.
