Public Listening Session Regarding CSX Transportation, Inc.'s Rail Service Issues

The Surface Transportation Board will hold a public listening session on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at its offices in Washington, DC, to hear from CSX Transportation, Inc. regarding its efforts to implement its new operating plan and address service problems on its network. Shippers will have the opportunity to report on recent issues they have experienced with CSX Transportation's rail service originating in the Illinois Basin and Northern Appalachia.
