HUD Publishes FY 2018 Fair Market Rents and Methodology Changes for Housing Programs

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has published the Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for Fiscal Year 2018 and adopted changes to the methodology for estimating FMRs, as required by the Housing Opportunities Through Modernization Act of 2016. The FY 2018 FMRs are available at www.huduser.gov.
