Copyright Royalty Judges Announce Distribution of Digital Audio Recording Technology Royalty Funds for Musical Works

The Copyright Royalty Judges are initiating a proceeding to determine how the digital audio recording technology royalty fees collected in 2009, 2010, and 2011 will be distributed among the Musical Works Funds, with a deadline for parties to file their participation requests by a specified date.
