Airbus Issues Airworthiness Directive for Certain Model Airplanes

Airbus Defense and Space S.A. has issued a new airworthiness directive for its Model CN-235, CN-235-100, CN-235-200, CN-235-300, and C-295 airplanes, following reports of excessive play between bushings and their respective fitting housings at certain elevator fittings, requiring a one-time detailed inspection and repetitive eddy current inspections to address the unsafe condition.
