AHRQ Delists Quantros Patient Safety Center as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) Due to Voluntary Relinquishment

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has accepted the Quantros Patient Safety Center's voluntary relinquishment of its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) and subsequently delisted it, following the Patient Safety Rule and Patient Safety Act requirements.
